FopenP Optimize Image

Since I always have the memory exhausted in my phone, I thought I'd create an app that would allow me to reduce the size of my images without penalizing the quality or reducing their dimensions.

From my experience in photography, I already knew that higher frequencies are not perceptible to the human eye. For this reason they can be cut away. The only downside is that a photo without high frequencies could print poorly. This is not a problem for me; I want to optimize just those not-so-important shots, which I would otherwise eliminate.
